Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully

1. Value Added Tax Prices Exclude VAT. This will be added at the current rate applicable at the date of sale.

2. Non Stock Items
Sent in accordance with customers written order cannot be accepted for return by Total Office Product Supplies. Orders for non-stock items must be confirmed in writing.

3. Cancellation Of an order to Total Office Product Supplies must be confirmed in writing by fax or letter.

4. Shortages, Discrepancies
Must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Customers signing for the receipt of goods, not noting any shortages or damages are liable for the loss. Customers signing for goods unexamined or damaged must notify the details to Total Office Product Supplies within 48 hours of receipt of the goods to avoid liability for the loss.

5. Proof of Deliveries Can be provided can be provided upon written request or by fax.

6. Returns
Goods cannot be returned unless they have a Total Office Products return number. Any goods that are returned without this number clearly marked on the parcel will not be accepted. You are required to contact our office to explain the reason for the returns and a return number will be issued. The customer is responsible for the return of goods. All goods returned under complaint will be returned to the supplier for examination prior to any credit being issued. Please note non-stock items cannot be returned for credit.
7. Claims
If any goods supplied by Total Office Products prove on inspection to be defective in anyway, Total Office Products will undertake at its option to replace or refund to the customer the price of the goods. Under no circumstances wilt the liability exceed the cost of the replacements. Total Office Products shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable for damages.

8. Terms of payment
Credit terms require payment within 30 days from the date of invoice. Total Office Products have the right to withdraw credit facilities in he event of failure by the customer to adhere to the terms. It is an express condition of the sale that Total Office Products shall be entitled to charge without notice interest at the rate of 3% above the

Barclays current lending rate calculated monthly. In the event of legal action against the customer in order to obtain payment of any outstanding monies all costs incurred are payable by the customer. Total Office Products shall also be entitled to recover and resell any goods of which Total Office Products Supplies have not received payment.

9. Retention of Title
Ownership of any goods supplied will remain with Total Office Products until such time as the customer makes payment in full. Although; risk shall pass to the purchaser on delivery of the goods. In the event of payment not being made within 14 days of the due date Total Office Products shall be entitled to enter any premises where the goods may be to recover possession. In the event that the goods have been resold by the customer prior to payment Total Office Products will be entitled to the proceeds of any such sale up to the full amount owing to Total Office Products. Goods not paid for shall be stored at no cost to Total Office Products so that they are identifiable as belonging to Total Office Products Supplies. Should the customer use the goods in a further production process, the property of the converted products will pass immediately to Total Office Products and will remain with Total Office Products from the moment of conversion until the customer has paid all sums due to Total Office Products and the foregoing shall apply to the converted goods as to the original goods themselves.
